Ms Shiu Yin-ning Elaine, a Hong Kong serial entrepreneur, has amassed 13 years of diverse experience in jewellery, cultural and creative industries, tourism, and innovative technologies, including pet technology and WEB3.0. Her commitment to continuous learning and growth is evident in her educational background holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. Ms. Shiu also oversees the management of five companies and advises six HKSAR committees.
