Ms. Jenny Zhang

Jenny is the Director of ESG and Decarbonization for Urban Land Institute APAC. She is the APAC champion for ULI’s Greenprint Center for Building Performance, which is a global alliance of 120+ leading real estate asset owners and investors with more than $1.4T in combined AUM, all striving to achieve net zero. Previously as an entrepreneur, Jenny helped clients in the real estate, logistics and energy sectors to map their carbon footprints and build digital tools to manage their emissions. She also advised on dozens of cross-border M&A transactions while at Deloitte. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a dual degree in business and fine arts. She is a licensed CPA, and a trainer in social impact assessment as well as design thinking.

1. Upgraded AC to lower-GWP refrigerant model;
2. Buy mostly second-hand clothing;
3. Bring own cup and take away box when dining out / getting coffee;
4. Sort recycles include milk cartons and bring to community recycle center
