Mr. Michael Chan

Mr. Michael T. B. Chan is currently the Managing Director of MTR Lab Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of MTR Corporation Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 0066). Before joining MTR Corporation, he had accumulated extensive multi-industry experience in corporate strategy and planning, sales operation management, business development, corporate finance and change management. Mr. Chan previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Inchcape Greater China from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as General Manager, Strategy & Operations at Zung Fu Group from 2014 to 2019. He joined Jardine Matheson Group in 2011 and was appointed Corporate Planning Director of Dairy Farm Group in 2012. Mr. Chan is a chartered financial analyst of the CFA Institute and a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
