Sustainability Tips from Jason:
1. I have made a conscious effort to eat more sustainably by reducing my consumption of beef, which has a higher carbon footprint compared to other meats. Specifically, I have chosen to abstain from eating beef at least three times a week and have opted for alternative protein sources such as chicken or pork.
2. Additionally, I believe in leading by example, particularly when it comes to sustainability practices at home. To instill the importance of energy and resource conservation in my children's future, I actively demonstrate and encourage energy-saving habits within our household, including turning off lights and appliances when not in use, optimizing cooling setting for energy efficiency, and practicing responsible water usage. By involving my children in these sustainable practices, I aim to cultivate a mindset of environmental stewardship that will benefit them and future generations.
