Venisa leads L’Occitane Group’s sustainability transformation in Asia Pacific focusing on its 3 key priorities of climate, biodiversity and diversity and inclusion. She strategizes APAC region’s efforts in contributing to the Group’s ambition to become B Corp certified by 2023. With over 15 years of experience in the sustainability, retail, real estate, and technology sectors, her expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, business operations and strategy, and risk mitigation covering markets in Canada, US, Singapore and Hong Kong, China. Venisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
