Kenneth Chung

Kenneth is the Head, Finance & Capital Markets of Avant, the first cultivated fish company in Asia and mainly responsible for finance, fundraising and investor relations. Kenneth has nearly 20 years of capital market experiences and possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in investment banking, corporate finance, venture investment, accounting and finance. Kenneth started his career as an auditor in a big-four audit firm and subsequently served in senior capacities in various investment banks, which he was mainly responsible for corporate finance transactions of initial public offerings, follow-on placements, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory. Prior to joining Avant, Kenneth was the partner of a local venture capital firm focusing in technology companies in Asia. Kenneth received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and his Master of Laws degree in Chinese business law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Kenneth was admitted as a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
